All orders are shipped from our stores in Puerto Rico.

Packages Stolen, Damaged, Or Lost

- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for theft or loss.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit (which is rare), the shipping carrier is responsible. In this case, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Once the exchange is approved, you will have up to 3 days to request the exchange in case the size selected is not the right one. You must pay the cost of shipping plus the shipping of your new order.

If we are unable to make the change, you will be responsible for receiving the parcel at the address you entered originally. Sumaq takes no responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details.
-WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-shipped to you. However, the reshipping may be at an extra cost depending on the reason it was returned to us.
